The following diagram imo shows how the pattern currently is. Imo the only ones who really compromised to the maximum possible degree are the GCs. The Tcs must change their confederation compromise to true Federation or there will never be a solution.
I disagree. the GCs were given rights that were blown out of proportion in 1960. They have abused those rights and went as far as trying to annex the whole of Cyprus to Greece and butcher anyone, the TCs in this case, that stood in the way. I don`t think that the TCs should ever make the compromise of letting the GCs get away with their crimes over the TCs - which are ongoing today. We may some day forgive the GCs for a better Cyprus for all but we will never ever put them in a position that allows them to repeat their crimes and threaten our autonomy.
