On one hand we have the TCs whose vast majority are dreaming for recognition and partition.With some very few exceptions their compromise line is just one little step away in the form of two separate states "unified" in a confederation pattern. Some Gcs would love to have the TCs as a minority or return to the 1960 constitution. A lot more are willing to compromise at a true Federal solution.

The following diagram imo shows how the pattern currently is. Imo the only ones who really compromised to the maximum possible degree are the GCs. The Tcs must change their confederation compromise to true Federation or there will never be a solution.
