So what ? Most of you are not just as the same ,pretending to be somebody else hidden behind anonymity .
Can anybody than few of us prove who they really are ?
As far as for the British ,which by the way i really like, i am sorry to say that if it was not for you the British ,yes, we might have been still riding donkeys but at least we would have been doing so in a united and free country !

Antreis . . it doesn't matter what the person is like physically. That's not what we were establishing with Sophia.

This is an "opinion" forum, and as such when people post their opinions they will come up against somebody else. Because of that, you have to be able to prove yourself in terms of what you state . . . and that's precisely where Sophia FAILED to appear genuine. She made the grave error of building herself up to etablish credibility . . where there clearly was none . . and she could not explain her glaring errors.

Therefore, she is bogus and it follows that so is her thread topic.

It is a very offensive piece of work and now I am left thinking she is part of this Turkish propaganda machine that we have to keep doing battle with.

So if something goes wrong on south lets blame Turkey from north :-)))

This is realy unique form of demagogism. It is so typical just for reality isolated society (i.e. Cuba, N Korea and lately Venzuela)
Just increldible...

:!: :!: :!:
I know there are rude people and I know we dont really have manners but you know what :?:
I've never read or watched on the news about gangs of youths (incidentally they are also called rudeboys) who set innocent people on fire,
or who dont let strangers walk down certain roads because its their "territory".

So if you are happy returning back to that then be our guest.

We also need the parking spaces.

p.s. oh and also dont post pointless threads, you are filling up our servers and make our internet connection slower

Probabaly meant "Latymer School" one of the best schools in England here in Edmonton in the London Borough of Enfield.
Enfield has one of if not the biggest cypriot population outside of the island.
She did'nt claim that she attended, but anyone who did go to that school, I bet you they would'nt leave it spelling wrong.

You have provided no reasons for ANY of your glaring errors . . . .

AND . . How do you spell that school again

You're letting the old Alma Mater down!

Yes Nick, we were on to her  . . . she probably got all her "qualifications" from the Internet . . . didn't have a clue about "O", "A" and "GCSE" examinations.

if british people come to live in cyprus then we have to make the effort to intigrate because at the end of the day we're the foreigners here, that doesn't mean stop being british i love to spend saturday afternoon in the pub watching football, drinking too much beer and then having an indian takeaway, but i also love going for out for a meze, the GCs i work with have made me :D very welcome and helped make the transition easy aswell as being patient with my attempt to learn Greek which is about as easy to learn as chinese but i have to keep trying, i think its possible to have the best of both worlds and iv'e got no intention of moving back to an overtaxed, crime ridden, freezing cold uk.

OK so the driving can be a bit dodgy but only by a small minority and you do have to make sure people know that you live in Cyprus to pay 'Cyprus prices' but I love it! :D

No sorry not me. I'm staying put!!! The UK is irrelevant to me now. Even if (and I have no plans) I was to leave Cyprus it wouldn't be back to the UK

Besides my 2 girls would never forgive me, they love it here as well. :D

Yes thank you GR. We've just won a big project from a UK client which will keep us busy for months. As lovely as it is in Cyprus the UK clients pay more!

Having said that it is looking positive with another client with head offices in Limassol but they also have other offices worldwide so not strictly a Cypriot company. Cypriot companies I believe will have to rethink their marketing strategy soon just to keep up with the International market and raise their profile. (and then they can all give me their nice big budgets!!!  )

Thank you for asking! 8)
