I don't want illegal gambling. I was referring to LEGAL gambling up north.

At our local quiz we generally have an interlude and play one game of bingo. This does not last long, 10 minutes or so then back to the quiz. Unfortunately we did not get to play this week as someone (local)complained to the police (yet again!) about the noise. :? :? :?

Apart from the quizmaster giving the questions and the normal hubbub from a pub, there is no noise!!! This person seems to have it in for the landlord for whatever reason and must have connections with the police. I will not state their nationality but I will say they are not Greek or British!

Anyway, the landlord does not have the correct permit for bingo even though he does have an entertainment licence?!?!?!? Work that one out yourselves.

So folks, never mind bingo in Turkey.......................

Not for nothing, but isn't there a cosmic minimum age for bingo? Like 75 or something? :lol: :lol:
