Have you ever seen a postal order issued by a post office located in the Republic of Cyprus? I know that there was a British Field Post Office in Nicosia that was issuing them in 2005,as a former contact in the United Nations got me one.

I know that the 3 British Field Post Offices in the Akrotiri & Dhekelia Sovereign Base Areas issue postal orders.You can find some information through here; http://www.sba.mod.uk .

Can you please post a photo of what a Cypriot postal order looks like? I know that it is British postal orders that are being issued at the B.F.P.O.s in the Akrotiri & Dhekelia Sovereign Base Areas & in Nicosia.
