Remember Cyprus is a tourist destination. Guys are used to having "relationships" that last maximum 3-4 months.

I would be very sceptical about a relationship with a "Kamaki" (sorry - I do not know the english equivalent opf this word)

i read briefly through the comments of various people here and totally agree with one person.

DO NOT GENERALISE!!!!!! MY GOD NO!!

There are so many things for me to say about British (sluts, terrible fashion taste, alcoholics, terrible in sex etc). I have been in london for some years and i HEARD of those things.

But guys i met some of the most respectable and educated guys as well as some of the most classy and intellgent women.

All of this in the same country

As for Russians, there we go again (all women have a prostitute heart, all they thing of is money, men treat women in a very shitty way, they are alcoholics, they are so peasant)

But still i leave with an adorable russian woman and some of my very good friends in Cyprus are Russians.

Imagine if i would generalise. I would be left with cyprus acquaintances only that would only make me so much poorer culturely.

And one a bit and i wish to be excused nationalistic comment. Any of the foreigners that chose to live in Cyprus should make sure to understand that in case there are so many things they dont like about cypriot men or women, they can just pick up their staff and go home. This stands especially for Russian women that they are mostly burden in Cyprus and not productive.

Still i do not want to generalise, just make a reminder that you chose to be here. So either enjoy the country with all its good and bad or leave.

Hi Blonde Goddess

When I first moved to Cyprus everyone warned me of the Cypriot men

As you have asked people for their opinion I will give you mine.....It is very common for the Cypriot man to have a wife and kid's at home and he has a mistress :shock:

I am blonde myself and it is true what the other's have said, they like blonde's, and I will often get something shouted at me from a car window when walking down the street

...Depending on my mood I sometime's laugh it off,

other time's, well, I wouldna like to repeat what I say!!!!!! :evil:

Cypriot men do look down on women, :roll:

especially if your blonde or Russian, Eastern European of if your British (like me) they think your going to jump into bed with them....On saying all this I did go out with a Cypriot guy once...he was a nice guy and treat me well, but I felt we just were not on the same level.

...and now if and when I see him in the street he totally blank's me :shock:

....Different culture's at the end of the day....Only you can decide what your going to do and by what you've said I think your going to go for it..... Good Luck!!!!!!! :lol:

I just Dont like some British males, use drink too much use get drunk, u start wars over soccer...i just dont like u guys, Full stop....

Greek cypriots and Turkish Cypriots used to friends... until you english hacks came in and started trouble... Greek Cypriots and Turkish cypriots should unite and kick the english out... simple as that.... but they are smart.. they want us to hate eath other , and they started the war in 1974 when turkey invaded... but u need to do ur own research and find the truth...

and by the way the english are the ones who put ataturk into power... so if u wanna read about ataturk read what i pasted in the other forum.. about him and how he destroyed islam in turkey...

throughout history the english have been scumbags trying to take over peoples countries...

and to read this english guy saying cypriots treat there woman bad... pfffftt get out of here...

I agree with you on the point that english guys drink too much - I DRINK TOO MUCH!!!!!

But how the hell can you blame the Cypriot/Turkish divide on us English!!!!

To Kypreos...You dislike us English???? Well, I ain't English...Im British or SCOTTISH....And....if it wasn't for our country you would all still be using donkey's as transport.....Picking your potatoe's in a field......It is Europe and Britain that has given this country a chance....You could NEVER HAVE DONE IT BY YOURSELVE'S.....WHY??????? Cos you don't have the MENTALITY...So, KYPREOS, do not be slagging off us Brit's....You have a LOT TO THANK US FOR!!!!!!!!!!
