I do not agree with, nor encourage this practice - and never have.

You live in the TRNC, you buy food from TRNC, your power and energy comes from the TRNC so you are in full support of the TRNC. You are just as bad as them in my eye, and others.

...no I won't apologise

In case you’re wondering I just thought I’d add some more irrelevant nonsense to the thread.

Though the damage is already done good you keep quite. You've already insulted a perfectly innocent person, you couldn't even show your human side, if you have any by apologising to this person. So enough already.

Tess, do you know that after 1974, temp title deeds were drawn up for those GC homes and they were claimed to be TC previous land/homes. Unfortunatly, this can not be looked into until the Island is unified. Hense why the respectable and major estate agents will not deal with the occupied side, too much legal jargon to go through.

But if you have been through all the legal proceedings and looked into, talked to the GC family/TC family involved, with all the relevant documentations and such, I am sure you're ok. But you do know that a GC can not really sell their land on the occupied side, without going via courts and side, to be honest, it's too much trouble for them. But this is a big headache, however, I am sure you've gone via all this to make sure.

I'm sure Ikea deliver to Kyrenia, you can contact GA Papdopoulos and ask, they are the shipping company delivering for Ikea.

tessintrnc, as you are from 'The Emerald Isle' (God Bless You), you should be aware of an old Irish adage :-

"The only thing you can expect from a Pig is a grunt"

Thanks Eliko - you are quite right!! Heard this Irish saying? A nation's greatest enemy is the small minds of its small people In case anyone needs to know, I did not buy a house here in the TRNC I live with my TC partner who inherited his land when he was a child from his Grandparents who inherited it from their parents who inherited it from etc etc etc. He INHERİTED his land before 1974 so the deeds are his, his, and ONLY his!!!!!

I would like to ask a question - how many people fly to Larnaca and don't give a moments thought to the TC whose land THEY are trespassing on?
