Turkcyp, in here we get stuck in some serious matters. So you can write a 10.000 pages plan, but the question is how are the points that we get stuck going to be solved?
The way I see it there are two ways:
1) The legal way. Just apply the law (=RoC 1960)
2) Force one of the two to accept most of the demands of the other (=Annan plan)

Another way tried in the past is the "vagueness way" were you make certain issues totally vague so each side can interpret them the way the want. (something that I find very dangerous).

So whats your way of dealing with the conflicting issues?

I will go out on a limb and say the 1960 constitution is the best way forward.
