I know many members do not have a good sense of humour, but perhaps they have a good sense of creative ideas.

Kifeas posted this map today offering to give the TC's their share of Cyprus and then build a very tall wall to keep the two sides away from each others faces. So, if a wall was built, what name would we give to it.?

We have the "Great Wall of China".

We had the "Berlin Wall" in Germany.

We have the "Wailing Wall" in Jerusalem.

We have the "Security Wall" being built in Israel.

We even had "The Wall" song by "Pink Floyd".

So, what name would you give to this "New Wall".???

Kikapu u are trying to change the agenda,

Agenda is ;

Refugees to blockade Palace tomorrow

REFUGEES WILL march on the Presidential Palace tomorrow to protest the government’s refusal to grant title deeds for houses built on Turkish Cypriot land.

The Independent Pancyprian Movement for Refugees in Pursuit of Title Deeds yesterday informed Justice Minister Sophocles Sophocleous that its members, up to 13,000 nationwide, planned to descend on the capital in their cars to deliver a letter first to President Tassos Papadopoulos at the Palace and then House President Demetris Christofias at parliament.
The movement was formed after the decision by government to issue title deeds to refugees who built houses on government-owned or expropriated land. For those who built land on Turkish Cypriot properties, parliament approved a government proposal to hand them a Certificate of Lease instead.

The refugee movement said the decision was “completely unfair” because it created a two-tier system for refugees. It demands equal treatment on housing built on land that is government-owned, expropriated or Turkish Cypriot property.

Those most affected by the decision to issue leases over title deeds currently live in Polemidhia, Mouttayiaka, Dromolaxia, Meneou, Kalo Chorio Larnaca, Kofinou, Avdimou, Episkopi, Yeroskipou and Mandria.

Refugees will meet in Nisou at 2.45pm on Thursday before making their way en masse to the Presidential Palace.

How about "The wall of Death", such a name would serve two purposes:-

1. As a symbol of remembrance to those who fell prior to the necessity of it.

2. As a symbol of the great 'Circus' that has been in existence since the first event.

Reconstituted rubble from the 'Ghost City' would be an admirable source of the materials required to construct the wall, which would in itself serve as a reminder of injustice and suffering to ALL the ordinary folk of both sides who wanted no part in the political chicanery which led to it's creation.

In my humble opinion.

Halil,

What's my Agenda....please do tell us.

Halil, are you not proud that the RoC is refusing to allow the GC refugees who got kicked out of their property in the North to gain Title Deeds on the land that belongs to the TC's in the South.

Too bad that the "TRNC" government that you are so supportive of, did not do the same thing with the GC land in the North.

Will you call your "government" and complain to them, as to why they don't have the same policy as the RoC, regarding property belonging to others.

Will be waiting for your answer Halil.

İ have to support my goverment kikapu , ROC does not mean anything for me . İ didn't elect them .
