hi does anybody know were i can get a souvlaki bbq in england i have heard of a shop in haringay london that sells them but dont have contact hopefully some one does as i really miss my souvlaki

Had sheftalia and souvlaki on the corner of Sylvan Avenue (Haringey) a month ago... opposite Tescos.
Also had a dinner in a really good Greek restaurant located in Belsize Square... i never expected it to be so good... a bit pricey tho.

i actually mean the bbq you cook the souvlaki on mate although if i ever get up too the big smoke again i shall try the souvlaki that you had

nickthegreek78, there is a shop at the Green Lanes end of St Anne's Road, (on the corner slightly down), in there you will find every authentic Cypriot B.B.Q. and a host of other products from home, the shop also deals with food items and is actually a good representation of what you would find here.

I am sure any of the locals will direct you once you reach that area.

Along Saint Annes Road from Green Lanes direction, about 150M on the right hand side, they should sell them in the grocers there. Otherwise, between Allison Road and Hewitt road, there is a grocers there, they should sell them. Speak to Andreas there, he'll sort you out.

I'm mentioning these shops that have been there for years, though I haven't been to the UK in 3 years now, so perhaps things may have changed.
