If TRNC is not a party then who was that chap Talat who Tpap was talking to a couple of weeks ago ? If TRNC is not a party why is it that the UN and EU keep insisting on getting negotiations up and running again between the parties ? If the TRNC is not a party why is there a bloody great barrier running across the island ?
Who represents the TC community as a party ? The govt of the TRNC. You might not like it, I might not like it, but that is who the TC party is.
Learn the language, learn the distinction between de facto and de jure "before coming here to talk" as you so kindly put it.

"Some settlement with TRNC...." What a pile of rubbish again! What is this "TRNC," to try to come to a settlement with? Copperline, cut the garbage! There is no "TRNC," set aside a party in any negotiations for settlement! In case you have not discovered it yet, the parties in the negotiations are the GC community on the one hand and the TC community on the other, when it comes to the internal political /constitutional parameters of the solution; and the RoC vs. Turkey when it comes to the international aspects of it! If you haven't realised this yet, and you talk about "TRNC" as a party, then what is the point of taking you seriously anyway! Learn the terms, vocabulary and rules of engagement first, before coming here to talk!
