withdrawal of troops

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

I would have thought by now that you would have picked up on the point that I have no intention of being serious on this one. Lets start talking first and then I can take any discussion like this seriously. We have criteria to meet and dismissing them like you have for years will bring no solution so speculation to this amount of detail is pointless......I have no interest in what is happening in Montevideo or any where else, in this respect anyway, until real and genuine talks start...

No one answered my question about Moldova by the way...Has anyone actually recognised them yet?????

I think he's confusing Moldova with Transdnistra. The latter certainly is not recognized by any country.

It was just that I saw a Micheal Palin docu the other day and he is going across Europe...He was in Moldova and said that it was not recognised by anyone but was still a part of the UN? and Nato? and was in the Euro-vision song contest.....I cannot find anything about it anywhere so I wondered if any one here did.....He was quite clear in what he said and then he moved on to Moldovia???? :?
