Under which guise???????

The point here is whether the "RoC' is abiding by that constitution or not and not as special conditions as to how the TRNC/KKTC is behaving. You cannot suspend law in a supposed legal state.
I've got a Core document that says:
51. In case of war or public danger threatening the life of the Republic or part thereof, certain of the fundamental rights guaranteed under and specified by the Constitution may be suspended . . .
But I am sure someone else can come up with something better.
Helloooo! Is this relevant or not?
Absolutely...In the TRNC/KKTC and not in the "RoC" that tells the world that it has the best interests of the Cypriot people at heart....That includes the TCs. Besides...Since you have become EU members the threat of war or danger to the republic has vanished.
Excuse me! But why are the UN in Cyprus if they weren't keeping the peace for what would otherwise be a time of war. With 40,000 Turkish soldiers occupying Cyprus the threat of war is VERY visible I would say!
I think that I have answered that on many occasions but for you.......
It was crucial for the Akritas Plan to work. The so called communal fighting, which consisted of armed GC gangs shooting and looting in TC areas, was just what Makarios needed to call in the UN and therefore become the recognised government of Cyprus...That trick has lasted to this day.
This is also backed up by the fact that the UN was as useful as a chocolate fire guard in Cyprus. They stood by and watched as hundreds of TCs were massacred.
So you agree there is the threat of war or public danger . . .
How the hell did you get that from what I said???
From the two sentences in red joined together.

Try reading them as I wrote them then your brain will not hurt so much.....

The same goes for the TRNC/KKTC and the "RoC". One law does not cover all. Two different universes in which people like Kifeas want to apply the laws of one and then the other. One of the official languages in the Zurich agreement is Turkish and should be an official language of the EU.
I do like your idea though.....Quick everyone..The Turks are coming....Emergency meeting.....Lets ban the Turkish language. That will learn them...

If you are going to quote me at least quote me accurately
You wrote:
"Brian Siemen, who on the one hand say that they do not recognise the RoC, and on the other they do recognise the "TRNC" to be representing the TC Community"
Whereas what I wrote was:
"As regards the TRNC, I accept that the TRNC is the administration of the Turkish speaking Cypriot area and just like the Greek speaking Cypriots, the Turkish speaking Cypriots voted for the people they thought would run their area for them. Its legality is the same as the government of the R of C, it does not conform to the principles or obligations of the 1960 constitution. A better title for both governments would be that they represent their ethnic constituents but neither represents both ethnic groups equally."
This is not the same as "not accepting the R of C and accepting the TRNC" in fact I place both organisations on the same footing.
You seem to be a very angry individual hurling insults at people; did your parents not tell you that if you have nothing constructive to add to a conversation you should remain quite? Far better for you in the future to remain quite and be thought a fool, than open your mouth/type on your keyboard and remove all doubt.
They should also have told you that it is very childish to insult people because you have run out of cogent arguments?
Brian Semmens (please try to remember how my name is spelt in the future?)

The question of the universe allows for all probabilities and I can see why it suits your style of answers.
But article 51 stated ". . . the Republic or part thereof . ." and the part under occupation as you have "clearly" demonstrated is under "public danger" at the very least.
