plus with adsl when they offer these great fast speeds u never see full speed because with adsl u have to be right next door to the exchange to get fast speeds the close the better.. those who are far from the exchange with adsl will not see good speeds ever even when cytanet and other isps offer fast for cheap like greece or uk or other countries like sweden they do 100mbits for what they pay in ulk for 20mb.. cyprus is slowly catching up./.. but cable is definatly thew way to go.

Those countries had cable TV before. To put coaxial cable in Cyprus it means they will will have to pass new wires to every house! If they will go to such trouble then better to connect each house with fiber optics! That would be cool

yeah im happy downloading at the 860kbytes but others on the cable isp here are downloading at over 2MBytes a second cable in cyprus have 10megs but at £200 a month.. in the next 5 or so years cyprus will have 20 for cheap to... atm id settle for the 2megs that cytanet promised on the 1st september for when i go back home
