Time to consider permanent partition

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

The problem Zanny is that we had one govt start it and another finish it. TP inherited all the absurd sell-outs that Clerides had previously agreed to!

The Turks have 99% of the blame, but we are willing to forgive you and let the past behind for the sake of a better future without illegalities and human rights violations, where every Cypriot will be equal without any racist discriminations. Are you willing to forgive us that 1% as well, or you want to continue exaggerating it and using it as an excuse to continue with yet more crimes against us?

KIKAPU will answer this Piratis. Take it away golden balls.

Does it really matter who had the most or the least fanatic MR-from-NG.? It only takes a handful to mess things up. Just by having more, it does not mean the problem is any worse. It only took 19 fanatics to attack America on September 11th, and as a result, many thousands of innocents have died since when America retaliated.

We also saw on TV some people in the Middle East celebrating attack on America, and this too was fed to the Americans as to how much the Middle East hates America, which was also a way to get Americans to back the war in Afghanistan and Iraq. In short, Americans were duped by their leaders that all Arabs hate Americans. If it wasn't true before, it is more than likely true today. I'm always amazed how much crap people believe in what they are told by their leaders and what they see on TV . Is it possible, that you too were duped along with many other TC's in thinking, that a NO on the referendum was just a NO on AP and not a NO on the TC's. My cousin's husband was a YES on the AP, but was a NO on GC's. The point is, everyone had their reasons as to the way each person voted. Just because one plan failed does not mean other plans should not be tried, and so far, everyone is dragging their feet to get a new plan that everyone can respect without one trying to screw the other.

Very well said, however, did you really and honestly expect any more advanced level of thinking and judgment from someone like "MR-from-NG?"

So says the village idiot

I think TPaa crying on TV and swinging the vote might have something to with it and then calling his own politicians "Turk Lovers"....

You sure that wasn't a "twisted" report as well zan?

Then the author of the Akritas paln and EOKA thug and ENOSIST should have gone in and negosiated for all Cypriots and not just the GCs.

For that matter.......There are no give aways in Cyprus...We just want what is ours and was promised to us as part of our first ever republic constitution states. You have no right to keep from us what we already should have. It is not yours to give away but ours to claim......

Anybody who watched news channels outside of the RoC would have seen this. I have no reason to lie. Kids of 7-8-9-10, middle aged and the elderly they all said it loud and clear "WE WILL VOTE NO BECAUSE WE DON WANT TO LIVE WITH TURKS" These words were heard on BBC, ITV, CH4 and FIVE, CNN, FOX, EURONEWS and many more.

Don't be so silly kardesim.......Every GC read and, most importantly, understood every word and political decision in the Annan Plan and voted accordingly....Masallah! These people are clever.......

Lets all join in the "blame game". So my dear friend GR, what percentage of the blame do you put on my community? 8) 8)

Zan, I would guess no more than 10% knew or understood the contents of the plan. They voted purely from the heart. they did it from the heart and their heart told them "vote NO, these are Turks, why would you want to live with Turks. Fuck them they are sub-human, scum Turks, vote NO"
