This probably doesn't need to be said,but I will say it anyway...because silence in most cases equals tacid approval....The person who masquarades as Eric Dayi has only one ambition in life..to keep the hatred and animosity between Cypriots of different background alive...

BK your GC friends are no better. Unfortunately you are a victim of their "Cypriot Cypriots" propaganda. You just don't get it though! Not all GCs REALLY feel the way you do about unification. It just suits their agenda! Even if they didn't agree they wouldn't even come here and tell you to your face would they? NO! Hence why they have different screenames to air their real views. Even Pitsilos is upto it with his new "Boomerang" screen name! Stop being so naive man, open your eyes a little...

what amazes me now is that people that actually live in other countries, witness different style of government, that actually works, do not want the same for the motherland, and this is pathetic when their only excuse is to look at the past to set the future rather than accepting other systems in place that actually work...

ps...as far as your comment above show me one, just one, sentence where i did not accept tcs as compatriots...i will repeat it for you just to refresh your tiny memory, after 400 odd years of tcs living n the island, i have no problem in calling you a native cypriot, the same as what my kids are called in australia and this with the first generation...

t-c give it a break...you are as much a cypriot as I am and this is what really matters...once we like at it from this point of view, i am quite certain we will find as solution...put the turk and greek infront and here we are...

Just for the record i have nothing to claim and very doubtfull I will ever settle in Cyprus except for the 1 or 2 holidays in the next 20 years...and only once in '95 and just for 3 days...

I agree with you to some extent boomerang. But to me it seems the GCs main priority is to "undo" the last 40 years without even caring about what got us into this mess. Thats irrelevant since you get everything you want and since you're in the majority you couldn't care less....I'm not stupid boomerang....you can say what you like but you obviously have fears like us but you're only worried about your own fears and you want to brush ours under the carpet and tell us to hope everything will be ok.

For instance you want to get rid of Turkey as guarantor because history might repeat itself, but why are you so against US having safeguards in a united Cyprus? Why specially if they will only be used IF the GCs take the piss. If everythings going to be ok as you GCs claim then why is it so unacceptable?

Oh and by the way I'm still not convinced you're anyone other than Pits. Same humour, same phrases (ie: "subliminal messages in ice cubes" etc)...but I suppose I'll give you the benefit of the doubt...
