ANd Mr VP I'll ask again. What agreements are you reffering to when you state the Kurds have no such similar agreements?

Lets go boys......lets have it.....whats the agreement?

The same ones you cling onto so dearly today and claim we should return to, Im sure you can now work it out.

SO we are talking about the ROC constitution. Your claim to be right is based on the avlidity of the Republic of Cyprus. I'm confused. I thought you didn't recognise the ROC in its present form and considered the consittuion void. How can you then claim we still have binding liabilities from this agreement?

You are the ones who want us to return to them, not us we want our own state which you do not recognize. We ask to start from stratch and you dont want that either, make up your bloody minds what it is you actually want. Your current constitution tells you we TCs are partners in the "RoC" unlike the Kurds who have no agreements with the Turkish government.

Very simply, I don't.
The present Greek Cypriot "state" in South Cyprus is not the original "RoC" from 1960. The GCs have usurped it and made their own and changed a lot of the laws without the permission of the Turkish Cypriots. They will not allow any Turkish Citizens to stand for the 30% Turkish Cypriots posts in the "RoC" government. They pushed us out in 1963 and have kept us out ever since by force. Keeping the TCs posts open is a great big farce because there are TCs who live in the Greek South Cyprus and they are not allowed to run for these posts.

Recognising the Greek Cypriots "Government" as the "RoC" government without the presence of the co-founding member Turkish Cypriots is a joke and also illegal.

The EU has realised their mistake and the time is here, it's started. What that means you'll soon find out but you will not like it.

Not as long as the TRNC exists, more importantly do you recognize your own constitution and if you do then are TCs partners and do they have rights there in the "RoC". This constitution for us only comes into play when negotiating changing it to something new for the creation of a united Cyprus.
