Before returning to Ankara yesterday, after a two day official visit to Northern Cyprus, newly elected Turkish President Abdullah Gul delivered a speech in the Northern Cypriot Parliament, responding to a recent declaration by Southern Cypriot leader Tasos Papadopoulos in which he characterized the Turkish armed forces as the "greatest enemy."
Gul noted yesterday that the presence of the Turkish armed forces on the island mean peace and serenity for both the Turkish and Greek sides. Gul also warned that neither Turkey nor its military would accept "inappropriate declarations" that target their forces, Hurriyet reports.

If your TC fears are real about violence toward your so called TC community why are you so pro Turkey even at a time when their leader has threatened war on Cyprus. This is the second or third time the Turks have threated Cyprus and its people in the last 6 months. Are you really that hateful or just have no compassion for any other human being who does not speak Turkish?

Sorry, but I don't reallyinterpret this as 'threatening an invasion'.

Does Turkey often get such stupid presidents?
