If I was single ( which I'm not ) and I had told you in a email exchange that I was a fat , bald , ugly bugger with only a few of my own teeth would you have continued the internet relationship long enough to find the real kind and considerate person I am or would you have dropped me like a ton of bricks at the start .
I must admit I've always been 100% honest ( except for the above description ) and I personally feel it's the only way that a relationship or day to day life should be even though sometimes it can be a problem as not everybody is honest or appreciates honesty.
I really have a real problem in Cyprus as most folk here are two faced and what they say is not always what they mean ~ my honesty is rarely appreciated in normal day to day life.
bill, i was in this boat once. i had been corrosponding with a man i met on line, we built up quiet a friendship without ever exchanging photos, and we decided to meet. the night before we were to meet, he sent me his photos, and said he wouldn't blame me if i decided not to meet him after i saw what he looked like. granted, he was plumb ugly! not my type at all, and i was tempted to cancel the meeting, but we got along so wwell up to that point, i refused to be that superficial. we met, and hti it off. we dated for a few years, and even after our intimate relationship ended, we dontinued to remain friends for several more years. he taught me alot, and because of him, i now find bald men with big teeth extrememly sexy!
