If you have had a problem and been offered no compensation, warn them of your intentions, if they don't settle take out a Small Claims Court Summons, writing and emailing travel companys is a waste of time they just use delaying tactics; 'First(Worst)Choice' soon changed their tune when we issued a summons including paying court costs without it ever getting to court, this was on the advice of 'Which' magazine.

Perhaps the receipt of a few complaints will force an improvement in the near future.

I agree. My son will not travel with them again after a six hour delay at the airport without explanation or apology and then they had the gall to tell the passengers when airborne they were stopping off in Italy to drop off a spare part for one of their planes stranded there. They were not allowed off the aircraft and sat for an hour and a half waiting to take off again.

They found out later that the delay in Cyprus was because they were waiting for this spare part to be delivered there before it was moved on to Italy.

Quite appalling how they treat their customers
