My friend stay in Cyprus for 153 days, from January 2007 until July 2007

He is from Switzerland and he did'nt registed with the Cypriot immigration.

The policemen on the border tell that he are here illegally,
And tell him that he can return Cyprus only in January 2008

Other policeman airport border when he leave Cyprus tell him that he can returen Cyprus after 3 month

Can someone help with suggestion from him self experience or from any knowledge

this info is very important to my friend.
