After years of tergiversation, it now seems the White House is turning its jacket round completely on climate change. Bush is about to become the world leader on reducing CO2 emissions. Mayhap or perbe, do I hear the word hypocrisy?

oh right, so he isn't interested in the oil now then? or is this his pullout clause (cos the rest of the world know he fecked up) to pull out his troops from iraq/afghan as it is contributing to the co2 emmisions
