Becarefull what you say GG, as has been demonstrated there are leeches around who might twist the meaning of your words and try to score points with their friends.

don't be so quick to pass judgement.

GG I am amazed you still like men after going through this. You must be a very strong lady.

I agree though, the 'kicking the wife out' sounds like bitterness, she must have done something to deserve this. A defensive statement and one used many times in this kind of situation.

Niki, there's always "bitterness" in any kind of separation, I would have thought that we would have learned this from the going ons in Cyprus.

Why my x-wife and I separated tough is not anyones concern and is not a subject that should be questioned or even mentioned by anyone unless I choose to "tell all" and I don't feel like telling all just because some idiot tried to twist my words around. In fact, I don't feel like telling all in any case, it's should suffice to everyone that we separated a very long time ago and I have been married to my present wife for a very long time and I am in love with my present wife as much as I was when I first met her.

Or do you want to pry in to my private life? If your answer is no, then drop the subject please.

I have a whole new found respect for you GG. Not only do you love animals, you live in the city my hubby was born in but you have also been unlucky in love..YET, you still manage to get on with life. Good on you lady!

Standing up to a bad relationship is a huge step..moving on is an even bigger step. I hope and pray that one day you will find the love you so richly deserve. :D

Forget member of the month....today I crown you Hero(ine) of the month.

Two jokes on the subject to lighten the subject :)

A wife went to the bank and applied for a loan. "I want a loan, I'm going to divorce my husband."
"Oh, we don't give loans for divorces" the manager says, "We make loans for appliances, automobiles, businesses, home improvements...."
The wife interrupts and says, "Well, this is certainly a 'Home Improvement."

A guy called up his lawyer to tell him he was filing for divorce, and the lawyer inquired as to the grounds for the suit.
"I've got grounds, all right," sputtered the irate husband. "Can you believe my wife told me I'm a lousy lover?"
"That's why you're divorcing?" pursued his lawyer.
"Of course not. I'm divorcing because she knows the difference."

Apologies, I would never pry. I was suggesting that you must have your reasons.

It is a shame people have to go through unhappy times but at least it makes you more aware of when something is good. Best wishes to you and your wife.
