I wouldn't have a clue but I'm wondering if the GC brothels and cabarets are open during Xmas or Easter day...

I think they are always open expept most of August and new year's eve. In some cabarets the girls wear Santa Claus costumes during Christmas and bunnies' costumes during Easter day. :D

Have to respect the muslim/Islamic tradition, atleast they are still respecting their faith and following certain ways. Mind yiu my hubby is muslim, from West Africa but he says it's the arab world that tend to follow the old ways and he has a lot of respect for them in that sense.

Just a question; do pregnant women have to abide by not eating during the sunrise/sunset period? Isn't that unhealthy and considered dangerous if they do? I know I have to eat every few hours now, even once an hour.

Also, could someone explain this to me; I was out in the gulf for 2 yrs a while back and we were told that we couldn' eat, drink, smoke, chew chewing gum in public, we would get arrested for it, not a problem we though, it's a country we are in that isn't our own, I am sure we can abide by this. Then we were told that if we were offered a cup of tea, to refuse was counted as rude so we would have to accept, if we were offered a 2nd cup, we had to take it. Now if we were offered a 3rd cup, you had to say no, if you took it, you'd been seen as greedy.

Now, how does that work, when we were told not to drink and such during the hours between sunrise and sunset?

I think the infirm, children and pregnant women are exempt from fasting. It would be crazy on their health.

I am a Cypriot and knew of Yermasoyia probably before you were born, and I do know the dam. So pull the other one.

Old ones are the best

It never ceases to amaze me how at the slightest mention of "Islam" or "Muslim" one by one all our racist friends start to gather round ready to post their "two cents worth"!

The world is full of them GR. I am glad you point it out.

Now ask him why he put Islam and Muslim word in inverted commas just like when he writes TRNC or KKTC?

And a question for you:

When a few racist GC posters hijack a thread that is not in their (GCs) interest, why are you always right there amongst them?

I know this is off topic so you don't have to reply here, you can PM me your answer if you like or start another thread, up to you but I really would like to know.

Unfortunately me and you are poles apart.with respect to our behaviour. . Wrong topic any way . Go away. Even an apology wont do I'm afraid. I am a Cypriot and I can choose my friends.
Thank you
