Addresses and phone numbers important for Turkish Cypriots living in England will be organised and published in a Telephone Directory for the first time. The Directory will have the numbers and the addresses of many offices both in England and northern Cyprus.
The efforts continue to complete ‘The Turkish Phone Book’ to be released in January 2008 under the initiative of the ‘Londra Toplum Postasi’, a newspaper published in London and distributed both in England and northern Cyprus.
Zorlu Cezaroglu, Toplum Postasi Public Relations and Advertisements Manager, issued a statement saying that this book would be a first of its kind listing both the addresses and telephone numbers in England and in northern Cyprus.
Cezaroglu stated that the numbers of offices that are important and necessary for Turkish Cypriots in England would also be in the phone book adding that the 25,000 phone books to be published would be a means to ease communication bringing the communities in England and northern Cyprus closer.
