Mother = Mrs. Mehmet.

Father has different surname to the rest of his family.

With the old system, unless you know the names of all your ancestors the chances of finding your family history is impossible.

Why is it so hard to understand this?

TCs "Turkeyfied"? Please, change the record for Gods sake, you are getting boring with this Greekified propaganda! We are Turks hence Turkish Cypriots.

Question: Did you notice the "Turkish" before the Cypriot?

Or did you expect us to be "Greekified" by getting "Cypriot" surnames like PapadopulousOglu or something similar?

Hang on a minute, now I know what Papadope meant when he suggested "osmosis".

Eric Dayipulous? Nah, don't like the sound of that.

Is Eric a Turkish name? :roll:

You are not one of the thieves who need protection in keeping his loot, are you Murataga? :wink:

What is keeping us safe is our government and Army. Should you feel like prooving me wrong and verifying that for yourself feel free to cross the border anytime you like without their permission :wink:

I am only one among thousands of TCs who have lost his rights and property to criminals of similar ideology to you that wanted to annihilate us for being a TC. The question is are you one of them?

In English law theft is, in part, defined as 'the intention to permanently deprive'. Theft is a criminal offence. That someone stole something from me, permanently depriving me of my property is not the same as me losing my rights to property. Indeed the fact that there is a criminal justice system through which the thief can be caught and prosecuted is evidence that my right to property has not been lost, in fact my rights to property have been upheld (even if I don't get my property back or the thief escapes justice).

You are not talking to walls Halil, you are talking to Greek Cypriots (and Greek) propagandist who would do anything (even make themselves look stupid) to spread lies about us Turkish Cypriots and Turks.

They know they lost the argument about the surname issue even before they started to argue about it but they still tried their best (or worst) to make it sound as if we in the KKTC are doing the wrong thing.

Have a look at pyro's post, he doesn't have an argument left in him and now he is trying to tell us all about the English law which his clan broke by trying to genocide us and steal our lands. Childish or what?

You'd earn a lot of money if you started teaching your "knowledge" of the law to your clan pyro.
