UNFICYP's website shows no e-mail or mailing address. Why??

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

I went to a meeting last year with Moller, the UN Sec-Gen special representative in Cyprus, and I've never met a more unenthusiastic, dour and uninspiring man than him. If he is the public face of the UN, if it is on his shoulders that the task of bringing parties together is to rest, if his lack of dynamism is indicative of the UN's engagement then Cyprus is truly screwed. I don't want to personalise the problems of Cyprus and I know that Moller has been in post a long time and it must be a dispiriting job, but I've seen more energy in a hibernating dormouse.
