First day at school for my girls in Cyprus today! Lots of nerves and that was just me. Massive heavy school bags, shiny shoes and pristine new uniform (won't take long to wear it in I'm sure).

Have to leave at 7am!!!

Good luck to the girls Niki. You must be proud of them.

Thank you Deniz. Yes they looked great in their new uniforms. I took pics and sent them to all the grandparents.

Good luck Niki, tell them STUDENTS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT ..
I hate anything in Uniform...it sux.. hope it changes soon..

Thanks Karma

They'll get far too stroppy with their Mum if I tell them students are always right. It's Mum's that are always right. 8)

Do you even hate men in uniform?

How do you cope with Vet bills, GG? I have six and last night Smokey got mauled either by a dog or a fox. Tonight I will ask around to see if there were any witnesses., and then go and make our South African Vets even richer. I curse myself for not taking out Insurance. Cant live without them.

Actually it was quite nice to have a quiet house for a while today. It was less stressful! I got on with some work and housey stuff.

Just picked them up - very happy, met lots of new friends, like their teachers so a good start. :D

they aren't all my pets! this is what i do for a living. i only have 3 cats. i own a pet sitting/dog walking business--the pet industry in the USA is incredible--you can make ALOT of money.
as for insurance, i had it twice, felt it was a waste. never paid for anything. i wouldn't recommend it at all.
