Pavarotti will be sadly missed by a great many of us I am sure, he was a credit to his country and his profession.

You can now get a third off all tickets to the 3 Tenors concert I am informed.

I'm shocked, but not surprised, that anyone here could even think of joking about the death of a great tenor. Such a lack of good taste ill becomes such people :(

it is called dark humor. death is part of life, if you can make a joke about birth, then death follows suit.

dms007, there are certain publications available in which one may read of humorous fatalities, they ARE funny in the sense of the event but not in the outcome.

I cannot see any humour in the event of a man dying as the result of 'Pancreatic Cancer', I am sure of that. :(
