Turkish Cypriots Cannot Be Trusted on Wednesday

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

On the other hand Pyrpolizer, why isn't Papadopoulos taking a more active approach, byt putting a plan together that he wants Cyrus to look like and bother Moler each and every day wih phone calls and e-mails to prove that Talat is wasting time. That ought to become Papadopoulos' primary role. To show to UN that the Turkish Cypriot side is either unable to act on this matter because of Turkeys' power over the trnc or they are unwilling to negotiate. In that way building a strong case to suggetsst that Talats objective is partition.

In my view the Cypro will be solved in the next ten years naturally as young TC's discover the benefits and wealth of the RoC and realise that they can cliam their property and political rights int he RoC they will slowly begin to move to their rightful properties in the south, as the elderly TC's naturally die off it will be clear that Turkey is violating human rights and has no excuse to being there as the only people they will be protecting will be descendants of settlers. 20 years maximum and we will not have a Cypro.

These cryptic statements after meetings are worthless in the 21st century. We need open meetings, to hear exactly how our leaders negotiate and what their primary goals are during negotiations.

I tend to believe, their discussions are very near to what Kikapu wrote.

I don't know if presenting a complete plan would be a good idea or not given the fact there will still be negotiations. I mean you reveal all your cards. Anyway I am not sure.

Papadopoulos my friend proved beyond any doubt that he is causing the GCs more damage than good. I am not saying any other GC President would be able to bring a solution -in fact I doubt anyone could.
Christofias seems to be the only option left for President.

If you had 90% of what you want would you risk it for a mere 10% which you feel would force to share everything with a community you hate. All he has to do is be seen to want a solution and blame there otherside for everything, the refugees are puty in the GC leaderships hands and will gradually die off, their off spring wont even remember where their properrties were in 100 years time, problem solved. The younger generation can move south today there ar eno restrictions yet they still stay north ask yourself why?
