Hey GorrilaGal,i draw from photos and real life.The top drawing was done from a photo out of a magazine.If i draw from photos then i tend to take much longer,almost trying to make it look photographic like the J Lo pics.

The bottom drawing was done from real life.I noticed a very attractive women sitting close to me on the plane so decided to draw and capture her look ..i was pleased with it but didnt have the guts to give the drawing to her....something i deeply regret now!

awww adam, so sweet you drew the lady on the plane. you should have given it to her, she would have been very honored, i am sure. it is a sweet jesture, just learn from it, and next time, just do it! live with NO REGRETS.

5 years ago today i made front cover of my running magazine!

I broke the UK junior 400m record and it was the proudest moment of my life!Don't know why they gave me a brown forehead
