So, if we did not have rods and cones with which to register those different parts of the (visible) light spectrum, including green, are you saying that those same parts of the light spectrum wouldn't actually be there ?Indeed, but the lion's limited appreciation of the colour spectrum has not therefore banished the rest of the light spectrum. The point of dispute was as to the causal power of a cucumber......!!! I also concede that I'm beginning to see moving spots before my eyes.The same thing can exist in the known universe, but is perceived in a completely different way.
