But we can't consider the armed forces really; they died because they were poorly lead and equipped by Saddam.
So really far fewer died due to the coalition than the anti western element would have us believe.
As I said in a previous post Chemical Ali was responsible for over 100,000 deaths, these were intentional and yes the coalition have made mistakes but these are nothing compared to the ethnic cleansing etc carried out under Saddam (may he rest in pieces).
