No such thing as a free lunch...?!

Think again!

If you enjoy eating out and have a keen eye for detail, becoming a mystery diner may be the thing for you!

Based in the UK, The Mystery Dining Company are employed by restaurants to assess the quality of food and service across their brand. This is done by sending in diners to eat 'under cover' and complete a report on their experience. In return, the diners are reimbursed a sensible amount to cover the cost of all/some of the meal (depending on what is ordered!).

Wagamama (a Japanese noodle restaurant) are due to open their first restaurant in Nicosia, Cyprus within the coming months and we need diligent people that will be happy to join our team of mystery diners.

Wagamama also have numerous other restaurants worldwide, including New Zealand, Boston USA, Turkey, Denmark and Australia.

If you think this is something you may be interested in, please go to the website http://www.mysterydining.com and apply to become a diner.

I can assure you, it may sound too good to be true, but it isn't!

There is no fee to apply/sign up and it's not really a way to make money, but it is nice to be able to eat out occasionally without having to pay the bill yourself and you also get to give feedback on your experience, which goes directly to the restaurant.

The Mystery Dining Company is employed by Wagamama to assess their restaurants worldwide, so they can maintain a high, consistent level of customer service. The food is also part of the assessment, but it's predominantly service-base.

If you want any more info, check out the website Mystery Dining and look at Case Studies. There's a testimonial from the International Development Executive for Wagamama on there!

I just had a look at the website and only Nicosia is offered for locations in Cyprus, which may explain why not many people have joined up so far.

I would be interested to join but I don't get to Nicosia all that often. Also, some of the other Non UK locations are good for me but only on infrequent visits

If more locations become available in Cyprus, then I would probably apply at a later date....
