Villawagens tip of the day Number 46

Postby webbo » Fri Aug 31, 2007 8:58 am

As Bubbles has already mentioned we are going away for the weekend so will not be posting I thought I had better post todays tip early.

Yesterday I mentioned how bad men are at parcel wrapping. Todays tip is for the females.

Girls. Next time you feel like throwing a ball over-arm, don't,
because you cant and it just looks silly. Just throw it girlie under-
arm style, and no-one will laugh at you.

I always think girls look good when they're trampolining.

I used to go trampolining with the kids a few years back. Really enjoyed it and even got to the third badge before giving it up. Nowhere for kids to do that here though, or is there?

I too am curious!! My grand daughters enjoy their trampoline to the extreme and by the time they are exhausted, which could be never, I am exhausted trying to make sure they are 'safe'.
Forgive my innocence, what is a 'bed trampoline?' :?: :?: :?:

That is what they are called, trampoline beds, just like rubgy pitches, tennis courts etc. Is that clear as mud?
Know what you mean by keeping safe though, we always had at least 6 'spotters' to every bed. Some hairy moments when the kids got too keen and nearly fell off. Thankfully I never witnessed any accidents :)

Children are uncontrollable when they have their friends around. Esp. when trying to out do the others. Its just terrifying when they get too close to the edge. Its a great responsibility being a spotter, I promise you.
I dont know where I've been all this time. I did not realise that they were called 'bed-Trampoline's'. Sometimes my heart and brain go into overdrive when loved ones are concerned. I thought the topic was shifting as usual.
