Hi Niki,sorry just got slighty carried away with that pic!You see i've recently got into fitness moderling so all my latest pictures have been of me flexing lol.While i was out in Cyprus i did meet a lovley Cypriot girl and im sad because i think she wants to be just freinds! I dont think her parents are keen on her dating an english guy

That is a shame! I'm sure she would have been a lucky girl to have you. There are many lovely Cypriot girls here but parents are very protective.

Sorry for being away but I have not been well again and I have had to concentrate all my energy on getting some rest and back to work the next day....I will be on steroids soon so I will have energy to burn I hope but what to do with all that energy...

Well as for the photo after so many people posted their photos and since some of the members have already met me...and since i had a nice photo to post why not...I could pay you to do the same

I hope you are feeling better now. I am glad you are back. I am against steroids for the effects they can cause you or where might lead you but if you think that you need them ok... as for the energy...do you have any ideas for the extra energy? But be careful form the monsters around us...watch what you will say

I am going to try the steroids and see how I get on but you are right..I tried them in a much higher dose a good few years ago and they made me nuts. These new ones are supposed to be the same as you produce normally anyway so lets hope they do the trick.

As for you not having energy..I hope you are joking at your age...

No I do have lots of energy ... but i meant about you...if you have any ideas of how you are going to use that extra energy...if you have any ideas it will be great to share it with us... in case we need to deal with out extra energy
