Adam, nice pics but why the half undressed and flexing look? Just a nice smiley natural pic would have been better. Unless....you were hoping lovely Cypriot girl saw it? Be careful, she may just want you for your body! :lol:

Hi Niki,sorry just got slighty carried away with that pic!You see i've recently got into fitness moderling so all my latest pictures have been of me flexing lol.While i was out in Cyprus i did meet a lovley Cypriot girl and im sad because i think she wants to be just freinds! :cry:I dont think her parents are keen on her dating an english guy :(

Hello Hazza,

Try and eat healthy food ,i do weight training twice a week and running which helps keep me lean and toned.

do you do a specific sport?or just into keeping fit?
