First of all it is only one and a quarter kilometres from your hotel to the place where your interview is. Basically you need to walk along Gladstonos Street. The place you are looking for is Pentadromos, which means "five roads" and it is quite literally a large junction where five roads meet. When you see it you will know you are there. It is where Anexartiasis meets Agios Zonis and Gladstonos.
There are several good street plans and street atlases of Limassol on the market, but actually all you need is the FREE plan of the central area of Limassol that you can get from the official Cyprus Tourism Organisation. I think they have an office at Larnaca airport, although the staff work according to Cypriot civil service hours so it may not be open when you arrive. The exact location of the hotel is shown on this map.
If for any reason you particularly want to take a bus, the number 10-13 route (so numbered because it is a joint route) runs along Griva Digeni, round the large roundabout near your hotel known as the Agios Nikalaos or Curium roundabot, and then along Archbishop Makarios III Avenue. There is a stop just after the roundabout on Archbishop Makarios III Avenue. This bus passes Pentadromos. The bus is neither frqeuent nor totally reliable. According to the current timetable leaflet there are departures from the terminus at Germasogeia at 0600, 0650, 0725, 0800, 0830, 0900, 0940, 1010, 1050, 1120, 1235, 1405, 1515, 1550, 1630 and you could expect these to pass the stop I have mentioned about 20 minutes later.
The best option is to walk - it isn't far or difficult.
I don't know if you need a bus from Larnaca Airport to Limassol. There are four buses daily, but the last one is at 1610. You can find details here:

This bus drops off at all stops along the sea front in Limassol, and if you get off at the nearest stop to the Municipal Gardens, your hotel is a very short walk away.
Hope this helps and good luck.
