"Bush's 'brain' resigns"

The above by-line appeared in the Washington post a little while ago when Carol Rove, GWB'S chief of staff, resigned. I love it when journalists exercise literary license. :lol:

President Reagan's 'brain' (or lack of it) was always subject to scrutiny, what ails the American media when they mostly aim for the 'Head' ?.

Except in the case of President Clinton of course, they set their sights a bit lower in his case. :lol:
