Fine Felicitations from Phoenix

Postby phoenix » Sat Aug 25, 2007 1:38 pm

Greetings, Yia sas, top-o-the morning, bonjour, och aye the nooh etc etc

This looks like a snappy, fun sort of forum. :lol:
But, I see you are mostly divided into two teams;

The Pro-Turks and the Anti-Turks (with a few by-standers).

One team seems to have a gain on the intellectual and moral high ground.

Do we have to join one or the other to experience the full effect? Decisions, decisions :!:

Groezi wohl, Phoenix,

Welcome

The pro- and anti-Turks are actually both intellectually retarded as all they try to do is to turn every thread to a political twist so that they can start by scoring a point for their side. When someone on the other side retaliates, like schoolkids in a playground, they then resort to name-calling, usually with obscenities. If that is snapp and fun, in your eyes, amen!

You would be far better joining the silent majority, who have enough nous not to indulge in such childish behaviour.

No, far from it.

No, actually it is a warning. Its like a jungle in there with lots of poisonous snakes, ready to attack anything that moves. Thats not it, there are also hungry lions that are looking for fresh meat, Rhinos ready to run at everything.

The last new member that went in there, it was in August, 2006. It was horrible. They went in with good intentions of taming the wild animals. Sadly, they have never been seen. Legend has it that a silverback gorilla too fancy to them and they are now the sex slave. There have been a few possible sightings of them, but nothing has ever been confirmed yet.

Good luck, may God be with you :O

I go for the fluffy inane banter myself. Couldn't possibly choose between the two sides so sit firmly on the fence.

Give me a little more time tho and I may begin to lean, I just need more experience.

It is very difficult, you can see apsects to both perspectives that you sympathise with but in the end it's the people themselves that count and it's these people that have to find a common solution. At least they can discuss issues here even if the language does get a touch fruity at times! 8)
