Cyprus Airways doesn' t fly there, and i can't find any other direct flight. What would be the best/cheapest option?

Cyprus - Madrid and then internal flight to Majorca. Or if you can find a flight to London for much cheaper than Madrid then Cyprus - London - Majorca might come cheaper. You might also want to check some eastern European airlines or the Austrian.

Have a look at ltu (type ltu airlines in google)

its a german airline, takes some getting around i typed in paphos to dusseldorf then you can get connection flight to palma airport in mallorca.
