Please look at the text again and notice how the words Turk and Turkish Cypriot are used interchangeably.
Exactly how has Cyprus blocked any process in the EU involving Turkey? It has never vetoed or even delayed any part of the process.
Where is there mention is this piece of garbage about the European legal order pervading any future settlement- you know the basics of European law: right of movement, establishment, property etc.
If the Turkish Cypriot administration is to be rwarded for acting Europeanlike where is the evidence it has done so?
The document gives the impression that Bizonal and Bicommunal ideas are not promoted by Greek Cypriot politicians. I have been keeping up with the situation for 35 years and they talk of nothing else. Which personally I find baffling because Cyprus is not bi but multi communal. But these guys obviously do not give a crap for any of the other communities on the island, just like mr Annan di not.
Why was it then that when one of your politicians asked that this should all be clarified no onne could say what exactly this system was....
