I define expansionist in a purely objective / scientific way that means how much something has expanded.

Okay Erol, I didn't realise that in a political forum like this you might have been referring to or in fact talking about chemistry and physics! My fault for thinking that when here we use terms and notions, we should also put them in a political perspective! I only tried to approach the issue from the modern international political connotation perspective of the term expansionism, which is more often used in association with imperialism or neo-colonialism. My stupidity!
