I think this photo has been digitaly manipulated.

Firstly there is a strange halo around the young lady, especially tricky areas like her fingers.

Secondly her ankle on the right of the photo appears to be over the date stamp produced by the camera.

Thirdly there appears to be a stange unexplained round black disk in the region of the middle of her body.

I think this is clear proof that all of the people and indeed the location behind this young lady are in fact obviously fake and nothing more than computer generated simulations placed there with the specific intent of trying to besmirch the young lady's good character by fasley associating her with the assorted rouges depicted in the picture.
