Actually it was £3.90 and in any case I do not think it is fair to drag MrfromNG into this, for it was him that paid for my milkshake , coke and everyone elses food and drink. Talk about ingratitude !

We showered him with ₤20 notes to share the cost but that pompous royal Cypriot would have nothing of it! In retrospect it’s now obvious that MrfromNG had a premeditated intention to BLIND all the GCs into submission with the power of a GOLD Mastercard; no doubt with a £10,000 credit limit!

All we could do was lower our heads in shame and head for our humble homes to weep…

MR-from-NG was being a True TC. We have a habit of treating friends and strangers to drinks and meals, so I believe, I would have done the same thing and have done the same thing in the past.

However be warned. Don't expect anything more for the next 6 meetings from MR-from-NG. He'll pay again, when his turn comes around.

I must ask you one day how many people from the Turkish mainland you think there are in the north, with citizenship there and just living there, given you obvious love of claiming accurate figures

As far as the number of mainland Turks being in the "TRNC" would be around 50% from all the discussions and reports. I guess that would put it around 125,000. I would say, this does not include the 40,000 Turkish Troops, but perhaps their families.
