Actually it was £3.90 and in any case I do not think it is fair to drag MrfromNG into this, for it was him that paid for my milkshake , coke and everyone elses food and drink. Talk about ingratitude !

We showered him with ?20 notes to share the cost but that pompous royal Cypriot would have nothing of it! In retrospect it’s now obvious that MrfromNG had a premeditated intention to BLIND all the GCs into submission with the power of a GOLD Mastercard; no doubt with a £10,000 credit limit!

All we could do was lower our heads in shame and head for our humble homes to weep…

MR-from-NG was being a True TC. We have a habit of treating friends and strangers to drinks and meals, so I believe, I would have done the same thing and have done the same thing in the past.

However be warned. Don't expect anything more for the next 6 meetings from MR-from-NG. He'll pay again, when his turn comes around.
