We appear to have aquired a small black puppy with white patch on chest. She wandered in yesterday, rolled over, wagged tail & we took her home. She's scrubbed up pretty good & for a stray she's amazing.
She's happy in the car, trusting, loving & friendly. She spent the night in the kitchen, silent, didn't chew anything & even poo'd on the cardboard I'd put down for her to poo on. Within 10 minutes we had her walking on the lead. We've had to bring her in to work today & the poor love has had to be on a chain under a shelter out the back. She whined for a few minutes then lay down. I do think we've found the perfect dog, she doesn't even beg when you're eating, sadly our future here is unstable & we are not allowed pets in our flat anyway.
We've called her Carlsberg, because we found her opposite the Carlsberg factory & she's the best dog in the world....probably.
Can anyone give this gorgeous little creature a home? We've bought her a lead & collar & you can whatevers left of the dog food with her.
She will need to be spayed & she will need her innoculations.
For a stray she is in amazing condition, just under weight.
Her paws aren't big, I think she will end up being a small to medium dog when full grown. She's so placid I suspect she might be good with kids but as yet untested.
Right, I'll stop waffling on about the dog I really really wish I could keep.
