If I remember correctly it was the HAF. Greek Air Force, but I will check to make sure.

Neither Turkey nor Cyprus has any military respect for Greece and if there was anyone left who still had any doubts the Imia incident convinced them so your "assistance" is NOT desired.

The Imia islets, near the island of Kalymnos in the eastern Aegean, were the focus of a tense standoff in late January 1996 when Turkish journalists landed on the islets by helicopter and raised the Turkish flag.

Now I ask you... how is it that Turkey is still alive if you are so brave???

Neither Turkey nor Greece are willing to go to war.The war in the cost/benefit analysis is not desirable for both countries since each country can cause serious damage to the other, mainly economical.Turkey might be able to fight the Kurds inside but never would she be willing to fight a war with Greece.Besides without our help you are nothing Get Real.Give me a break, what will you do in a war with Turkey, who will fly?Your non existant airforce?

Yet funnily enough Turkey keeps pushing you around in ever more inventive ways...

That's wishful thinking. Nobody can possibly know that for sure.

I have already done a mini article on such a scenario...

The scenarios are helpful non the less they are scenarios. There is no way Turkey would be willing to go to war with Greece. It would be political suicide for them and us.

They are aware of our forces mainly our airforce, which can cause serious damage.

How predictable! Everyone who has never served imagines the Airforce.
Well tell us what is this 2KEP? What have you actually learned in the Airforce, tell us something every soldier who REALLY served knows. I am not talking for rocket science tell us the few simple things that even the last idiot learns at it's basic military training.

Come on "Albanian element" tell us.

NB. And stop swearing in Greek. There are people who don't know Greek in here, just translate them and show them how good a "Greek" swearer you are.

Everyone has plenty of military hardware, even Cyprus. It's the incentive that's missing from Greece. Turkey has always had expansionistic aspirations, Cyprus has lost territory to recover and hence an incentive, but Greece has none except for a feeble feeling that some "insignificant" rocks may go missing one day...

Get Real...get real...Cyprus is the perfect example of Greece's expansionism.Once the geopolitical circumstances allow it,neither Greece nor Turkey will hesitate to annex it.Get real.

SN you are so transparent. This person constantly speaks as if he represents Greece, and when doing so, talks as negatively as he possibly can towards Cyprus and GCs, in order to attempt to fill them with the same resentment and hatred against Greece that he has. He thinks he has the perfect tactic. How idiotic
