I don't understand why any of you are wasting your time with this SN. He hates Greece and everything connected to Greece, including GCs and Cyprus. He hates when any Greek defends his or her nation, labelling them 'fascists.' Any GC who talks about defending his nation (and rightly relying on Greece's support) is a GC fascist. Greeks were fascists for fighting against the Ottoman occupation. I think he cries like a bitch every night that Greece and Cyprus are no longer a part of the Ottoman Empire. He is a twisted, bitter person (probably has something to do with the fact that a member of the Greek police slapped the bitch up) I wish I could shake his hand.

He has clearly stated that he cares nothing for the well being of Cyprus. He is of a tiny, tiny minority (indeed, I know of no other Greek (if he can be called that) who thinks like him) and therefore, he is probably best to be simply laughed at and ignored. Here, I'll start...

During the second World War when Cyprus was under British rule, my father (one of the truest indigenous Cypriots) fought for the British Army. He was sent to Greece to help against the Italian, and then German invasions.

He didn't have to do this, and was in fact a liberal pacifist, but he was forced to by his conscience, to help like-minded democratic people to hold on to their freedom.

Are you know saying, that you will only help Cyprus because you are legally bound to do so, and not because Freedom and Democracy are worth preserving?

I abhor the idea of war, and it would be really great if we could find a way, economic or similar, to remove the Turks from Cyprus.

As you may know Indigenous Cypriots are the only ones who have NEVER invaded another Country, or started an aggressive war. We have only ever defended ourselves. I would dearly love for this to remain unspoilt.

How can a citizen of another country be obligated to go to war for the sovereignity of another country???
The Treaty clearly obligates me and any Greek citizen to go to war in Cyprus if anything happens again.


If your people cant live together no one should be obligated to fight your fight...I would gladly fall for Crete,Corfu,Evros or Rhodes but not for Cyprus.

Why don't you tell us something about your military service in the greek army Pomake, Roma. or ethnic Macedonia man. What were you doing there if you ever served i.e? You were in the auxilary forces like the rest of your ilk cooking beans for the REAL soldiers?
