I had coffee with Liasides recently; who mentioned corruption, Microphone? Do you know something we do not? There are many reasons that a company goes bancrupt, cashflow problems etc, some of which you cannot always lay at the door of the MD.

My understanding is that all builds will be completed and all customers on plots where no work has started, will get their money back; I hope that will all come about and that there will be no losers.

Thank you for that information, we cannot get to talk to Liasides. The building work on our site has not started. I just wish these people would talk to our lawyer, so as we know exactly where we stand. If this is correct that we will get our money back, then all is not lost. Thanks for your information, all information is very welcome.

I suggest you contact the people on this site. Many other people have the same problem with this developer, and there are other case histories too!

Svetlana......no I have no inside information. And I didnt say this guy was corrupt. However, the posts following mine would seem to indicate that all is not roses. Agreed? (ps..I dont live in the north and i dont own a property in the north or south...personally I have no axe to grind... I jus hope these people have not lost money).

All is far from roses, there must be quite a few people who are wishing that they would talk, (Liasides) so as we know exactly what is happening. There are so many rumours, and all we want to know is the truth. They can only bury their heads for so long in the sand. If they would talk to us it would stop all the rumours.

We to hope we have not lost our money, but until they talk to us we won't know for sure.
